snapRebuild®A LITTLE CLARITY
FROM FIRST BRIEF TO LIVE WEBSITE

A clearer way forward.

What to expect at each step, and what to do when something needs attention.

Start with your story.

Enter your existing website address, or choose to start without one. The interview asks about your business, audience, goals and creative preferences. You can leave the creative details to us. Upload any photos you want us to consider at the end.

When we import content, review the facts and correct anything outdated. Source import reads up to four relevant pages; it does not migrate every page, database or integration.

Start without an existing website →

Your preview comes first.

Create a preview without entering payment details. It includes two free refinements and two free design regenerations. A refinement adjusts the current direction; a regeneration explores a fresh design around your brief. Failed requests return their allowance.

Return to the saved preview link to check build progress. If it fails, the owner can retry from that page. Your uploaded photos and brief stay with the rebuild.

One request. One credit.

After payment, describe a change in your website assistant. Each accepted request uses one credit, including a conversational reply. A request can contain related changes. Retrying the same interrupted request does not charge twice; failed changes return the reserved credit.

Monthly and yearly plans receive 20 credits each month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Lifetime includes 50 one-time credits. Your workspace shows the balance and next allowance date. Ordinary content edits do not use AI credits.

Keep your content current.

Sign in with the email used for your website and open Content in your owner workspace. Edit text, images and links; save a private draft or publish it. “Edit directly on your website” opens an authenticated editing panel on the live page.

New sites include publishing that updates the page HTML and search metadata without a redeployment. Older sites need a one-time content connection upgrade.

Connect the domain you own.

Choose Connect domain in your workspace after payment. Enter the exact domain, including “www” if you want to use it. We prepare the hosting connection and show the exact DNS records to add at your provider.

The screen checks ownership, DNS routing and HTTPS separately. Your domain is marked connected after all three checks pass. DNS changes may take time to propagate. Keep existing email records, including MX and email verification TXT records.

Automatic connection appears when the provider integration is available. Authorize access at the provider and review website record changes. Manual instructions remain available for Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap and other providers.

Payment and account help.

A plan covers one website. Open Your plan in the owner workspace to manage a connected Stripe subscription or payment method. Returning from checkout alone does not unlock access; we wait for confirmed payment.

For a failed build, keep its preview link and the on-screen error so the issue can be traced. Never share passwords, payment card numbers, API keys or domain-provider credentials in your brief or assistant chat.

Open your websites →

Bring your team into the dashboard.

The website owner opens Team & access, enters a staff email and chooses Editor or Viewer. Editors can manage CRM records and website content; viewers can read them and export contacts. Billing access and permission to spend AI credits are separate choices.

Create a private invitation link and share it with that colleague. They must sign in with the exact verified email you invited. Links expire after seven days. Owners can change permissions or remove access at any time; saved content, leads and activity remain.

A place for every next step.

When CRM is active for your website, use Board to move enquiries through your own statuses, List to scan contact details, and Tasks to review upcoming work. Open a lead to assign a teammate, set priority and potential value, add tags, schedule a follow-up and record notes, calls or meetings.

Add a task with a due date and assignee; mark it complete or reopen it from the lead. Filters help you focus on a teammate or due date. Archive contacts when needed and restore them from the Archived view. Export all leads includes older and archived contacts.

Email and call shortcuts open your mail or phone app. Recording an activity saves a note; it does not send a message. The dashboard refreshes while you browse and pauses background refresh while a lead or form is open.

Find a paid invoice or manage renewal.

Open Your plan to see this website’s plan, AI balance and paid invoices or receipts, including recorded refunds. Where the payment provider has supplied documents, use View or PDF to open the official record. Sample invoices appear only in the dashboard demonstration.

Owners and staff with billing access can open Manage subscription & payments to use the connected secure billing portal. Review payment details, billing information and available renewal or cancellation options there. If a billing account covers multiple websites, access to all of them is required before opening its portal.

Tell us what needs attention.

This sends a request to the SnapRebuild owner’s support queue. Include your preview link and the message you see. Don’t include passwords, card details or API keys.
