snapRebuild®A LITTLE CLARITY
YOUR INFORMATION

What you share. How it’s used.

The platform’s data flows, updated 13 September 2026.

Who operates SnapRebuild.

SnapRebuild is operated by Marvento Labs LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Marvento Labs LLC is responsible for the personal information used to run this service.

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete your information, contact info@mlabs.ae or choose “Privacy or data request” in the help form. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request.

Information used to make your website.

We store the URL and content you ask us to review, interview answers, uploaded media, email address, generated source and editing requests. These allow us to build your preview, save your work, publish your site and provide your workspace.

Content and files you publish become visible to visitors. Treat uploaded media as publishing material, and avoid uploading private documents or images you do not have permission to use.

To limit automated abuse of free builds, imports and uploads, we keep short-lived request counters using a daily changing, keyed hash of the network address supplied by our hosting provider. These counters are separate from advertising and are cleared after two hours when the next request is processed.

Services that process your information.

Vercel hosts the application and generated sites. Supabase provides application storage and sign-in. AI providers process the relevant source content, brief and editing instructions needed for a generation request. Stripe processes payments; SnapRebuild receives payment identifiers and status, not your full card details.

If you choose automatic domain connection, the domain service and selected DNS provider process the domain and record changes. Provider access is scoped to the supported connection flow. Manual setup is also available.

Automatic accounting synchronization.

Automatic Stripe-to-QuickBooks Online synchronization is active for Marvento Labs LLC’s SnapRebuild sales. Confirmed paid invoices, including subscription renewals and lifetime purchases, are recorded in our company accounts with their payments. Completed full or partial refunds are recorded too. This supports bookkeeping and reconciliation; the sync does not initiate charges or refunds, or send additional invoice emails.

Accounting records can include the customer or business name, email and billing address if supplied; the website or source domain and subscribed package; the service period, transaction dates, amounts and currency; and invoice, payment, refund and internal website references. We record the actual amount and currency paid. Full payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not sent by SnapRebuild to QuickBooks.

Website briefs, uploaded images, generated website source and customer CRM leads are not sent to QuickBooks. QuickBooks accounting data is not used by the website-generation AI.

The company accounting connection is restricted to SnapRebuild’s SaaS administrator. Customer website owners and staff do not gain access to Marvento Labs LLC’s accounts. Authorization tokens are encrypted in server-only storage; the administrator can pause syncing or disconnect the integration from Accounting.

Disconnecting stops further syncing but does not delete records already posted to our company accounts. Accounting records may need to be retained to meet applicable bookkeeping and legal obligations. Intuit also processes information under its privacy statement.

Drafts, access and device storage.

Owner content drafts and CRM records are protected behind verified ownership and staff permission checks. The brief can be saved in your browser so you can resume it. Sign-in and guest access use cookies; temporary inline editing access is kept for the active browser session. The public CRM demo stores fictional sample records on your device and does not send them to a customer CRM.

Published sites and preview links can be viewed by people with their address. Avoid putting confidential information in a preview.

Optional Google and Meta measurement.

With your analytics choice, Google Analytics receives selected public page visits, campaign labels, interview steps and confirmed purchases for SnapRebuild only. With a separate advertising choice, Google and Meta can connect ad clicks to selected events and purchases. We use a dedicated Analytics property and Meta dataset. Customer websites, other Marvento projects, your brief, uploaded files, email, private account details and verification tokens are excluded.

The sr_analytics_v1 and sr_ads_v1 preference cookies remember your choice for 180 days. Optional Google and Meta cookies support measurement; consent is separate for each project. Use Privacy choices to withdraw. Browser privacy signals disable optional measurement. Withdrawal stops new collection and removes measurement cookies; it does not automatically erase earlier provider records. Google and Meta may process limited event data internationally under their privacy notices. Automatic matching and Google personalised advertising are off.

Keeping access appropriate.

Use your own account and keep sign-in secure. Do not enter passwords, card numbers or provider API keys in the interview, chat or forms. Content publishing, payment changes and domain changes require the appropriate website owner or platform administrator access.

Service providers also apply their own privacy practices. This page will be updated when the platform’s data flows change.

Journey measurement and support.

With your analytics choice, first-party browser journey events record which steps are reached. Browser events use a temporary visit identifier, honor Do Not Track, and do not contain your answers, email, full browsing history or advertising identifiers. Without analytics consent, browser journey measurement is off. Server-confirmed operational events, such as a completed build or payment, remain part of the website record needed to provide the service.

When you allow analytics, our own marketing reports also use the first captured source, campaign, public landing page and device category for your browser visit, along with page visits and main-button views and clicks. Campaign labels are restricted; full referring URLs, advertising click identifiers and form answers are not stored in these reports. Browser privacy signals disable this browser measurement. Withdrawing analytics stops additional optional collection and clears the saved campaign details on your device; it does not automatically erase earlier records.

Support requests store the email, topic and message you submit so the platform owner can review the issue.
